During your consultation, our staff will review your recommended care, explain the associated costs, discuss any available insurance benefits, and review all available payment options. If an in-office payment arrangement is approved, the terms will be clearly outlined in a written payment agreement signed by both the patient and ChiangWell Medical prior to the start of treatment. Payment plans are offered at the discretion of the practice, may require an initial payment, and are subject to approval. We accept cash, major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks (where accepted), CareCredit®, Cherry®, and other approved payment methods.
